While pain and hurts happen in the context of relationship, healing and wholeness happen in the context of relationship as well. For groups, I provide a space where you meet other individuals seeking for healing like you are. And with the support of the therapist, you explore your hurts and needs within the context of the group – sharing your stories and finding hope in the lives of others who have experienced trauma, pain, and hurt like you have.

- Experiential Trauma Group
