I was sitting in on a webinar about living your best life in your twenties. I was a twentysomething stay-at-home mom and wife who was feeling the weight of all the things. Job changes, moving, marriage, parenting…I was feeling stuck and overwhelmed, and I felt like it was only me. I will never forget this one sentence the gal said in the webinar that brought me to tears: Your twenties feels a lot like being lost. Those 8 words validated years of struggle for me and left me feeling hopeful. Through this new hope, pursuing therapy, and seeing my twenties with a new perspective, I no longer feel that overwhelming feeling of being lost in my own life.
